Report from 2 days seminar in Japan with Silvia Farigu.

May 18, 2025, just finished two intense days of technical work in the city of Gifu in Japan, which saw miss. Silvia Farigu as protagonist, invited by mr. Genji Kishi and his team.

Having landed in Tokyo on Friday, May 16, Silvia went by train to Gifu where she received a warm welcome and an evening with a typical Japanese dinner based on sushi.
On Saturday morning, the first part of the course reserved for black belts took place. About 50 practitioners carried out the 3 and a half hours of training with great seriousness and commitment. The first hour was dedicated to mobility, strength and leg techniques. During the second and third hours, instead, work was focused on black belt pattern ( from 1' to 3' Dan).
During the course, the practitioners had the opportunity to ask questions and see Silvia in action with Gebaek and Juche.
The afternoon was dedicated to a small group of practitioners of the national team, in preparation for the world championship in Croatia. Over an hour and a half of work was dedicated exclusively to the 1st Dan and another hour and a half to the 2nd Dan.
The evening ended with an excellent dinner organized in the gym of Mr. Genji with a part of his team.
The second day of the course was also open to colored belts (from green and up). Over 50 people were present who followed Silvia's instructions and worked on fundamental movements, balance and coordination.
At the end of the lesson Silvia congratulated participants for the excellent level shown, thanking Mr Genji once again for his invitation and for this opportunity, and gave him a t-shirt from TKDSardegna Team Fariguoriolani .
In the afternoon a special session was held for an athlete of the Japanese team, 4th Dan category. Two hours of technical work in which different patterns and details were analyzed, in view of the next world championship. Silvia also agreed to perform chonji with sensors to be able to study the sine wave and the rhythm of the execution of her pattern.
Two intense days in which the hosts welcomed Silvia with great affection, making her feel at home at all times.
